To assist and serve homeowners in need in the Kershaw area community through a quality teen service and Christian discipleship program.
Below, you'll find the various forms needed for applying to Youth Serve. Chose to print and fill out or use our editable forms. All forms will need to be either emailed to kershawyouthserve@gmail.com or printed and mailed to

* Ages 13 - Summer after completing high school. Must be 13 by Sep 1st.
